The “Golden Triangle” of the Costa del Sol —Marbella, Estepona, and Benahavís— has strengthened its real estate position with the sale of 8,708 luxury homes in 2024, a 5.64% increase compared to the previous year. Marbella led with 4,745 sales, followed by Estepona (3,162) and Benahavís (801). A key highlight of the market is the international buyer profile, with a record 21,525 foreign buyers in Spain during the first quarter of 2025, representing 14% of the total nationwide and 34% in the province of Málaga.
